National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench, vide its order dated January 14, 2019 had initiated Liquidation process against Bharati Defence and Infrastructure Ltd (Scrip Code: 532609) and appointed Mr. Vijay Kumar V Iyer, as Liquidator.
Hence, to avoid market complications, trading in the equity shares of Bharati Defence and Infrastructure Ltd (Scrip Code: 532609) will be suspended w.e.f. Friday, February 01, 2019.
