Sub: Order under Sections 11, 11(4) 11A and 11B of the Securities and Exchange Board of India Act, 1992 in the matter of M/S Adhunik Industries Limited(AIL).
In continuation to the Exchange Notice Nos. 20170807-31 dated August 07, 2017, 20170921-25 dated September 21, 2017 and 20180921-35 dated September 21, 2018 on the captioned matter.
SEBI, now vide its Order no. WTM/MPB/ISD/61/2019 dated August 29, 2019 has revoked the directions mentioned in the Interim Order dated September 21 ,2018.
This Order shall come is effective from the date of the order.
A copy of the said Order is attached herewith and available on the SEBI website www.sebi.gov.in.
Trading members are advised to take note of the same and ensure compliance.
