Sub: SEBI Order in the matter of Pyramid Saimira Theatre Limited in respect.
In continuation to the Exchange Notice No. 20090423-20 dated April 23, 2009 and Notice No. 20150331-53 dated March 31, 2015 on the captioned matter.
SEBI, now vide its Order no. WTM/GM/ EFD/33/ 2019-20 dated August 30, 2019 has revoked the direction of prohibition issued against the 05 Noticees (as mentioned in the said order) in the Interim Order dated April 23, 2009 and dispose of the proceedings against them without any further orders.
This order shall come into force with immediate effect.
Trading members are advised to take note of the same and ensure compliance.
