Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, Hyderabad Bench, has ordered for commencement of liquidation process for the Company w.e.f. November 02, 2020 and has appointed Mr. Krishna Komaravolu as Liquidator.
Hence, to avoid market complications, trading in the equity shares of KSK ENERGY VENTURES LTD. (Scrip Code: 532997) will be suspended w.e.f. Monday, January 18, 2021.
