National Company Law Tribunal, Ahmedabad Bench, vide its order dated November 30, 2018 had initiated Liquidation process against Todays Writing Instruments Ltd (Scrip Code: 531830) and appointed Mr. Vishal Bidawatjika, Insolvency Professional as Liquidator.
Hence, to avoid market complications, trading in the equity shares of Todays Writing Instruments Ltd (Scrip Code: 531830) will be suspended w.e.f. Friday, February 01, 2019.
