sub: Order under Sections 11(4), 11B AND 11D of The Securities and Exchange Board Of India Act, 1992, Read With Regulation 35 Of Securities And Exchange Board Of India (Intermediaries) Regulations, 2008 in respect of Amrapali Aadya Trading & Investment Pvt. Ltd. and others.
Attention of the trading members is invited to the Exchange Notice No. 20170822-19 dated 22 Aug 2017 where in SEBI vide its Order no. WTM/MPB/NRO/ 09 /2017 dated August 22, 2017, had inter-alia restrained Amrapali Aadya Trading & Investment Pvt. Ltd and its various entities from accessing the securities market and are further prohibited from buying, selling or otherwise dealing in securities, either directly or indirectly, or being associated with the securities market in any manner whatsoever, till further directions.
SEBI, now vide its Order no. WTM/SEBI/MPB/NRO/ 54 /2018 dated October 31, 2018 hereby confirmed the directions issued against all the Noticees vide ex-parte ad interim Order dated August 22, 2017 subject to the modification as mentioned in the aforesaid order.
This Order shall come into force with immediate effect.
A copy of the said Order is attached herewith and also available on the SEBI website www.sebi.gov.in.
Trading members are advised to take note of the same and ensure compliance.
