All market participants are hereby informed that an open offer is made by Mr. Raj Kumar Agarwal ("Acquirer 1"), and Mr. Parmeshwar Ojha ("Acquirer 2"), The Acquirers to the Public Shareholders of GAUTAM EXIM LIMITED (“Target Company ”) at a price of Rs 43.00/- (Rupees Forty Three Only) (“Offer Price”) payable in cash, to acquire up to 8,01,060 (Eight Lakhs One Thousand and Sixty ) fully paid-up equity shares of face value of Rs.10.00/- each representing 26% of Expanding Voting Equity Share Capital of the Target Company pursuant to the provisions of Regulations 3 (1) and 4 of the SEBI (SAST) Regulations, for Substantial Acquisition of Equity Shares and Voting Share Capital, From Thursday, January 16, 2025 to Wednesday, January 29, 2025.
