All the Investment Advisers are advised to ensure compliance with the guidelines issued by SEBI vide circular no. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2025/003 dated January 08, 2025, w.r.t. the second amendments to SEBI Investment Advisers Regulation, 2013 which has come into force on the date of notification i.e. on December 16, 2024. The said circular is attached as Annexure for your reference.
The manner and form in which the deposit is to be provided by the Investment Advisers shall be intimated through a separate notice. Further, the checklist with relevant changes for registration as Investment Adviser shall be updated on the website in due course.
