In continuation to the Exchange’s Notice No. 20210625-43 dated June 25,2021, and 20240425-36 dated April 25, 2024, Exchange had identified the companies which have failed to pay outstanding annual listing fees as per Regulation 14 of SEBI (Listing obligations and disclosure requirements) Regulations, 2015.
Trading Members are requested to note that on account of compliance with aforesaid requirement:
a) Suspension of trading of equity shares of the below mentioned company would be revoked w.e.f. Monday, October 07, 2024, and trading will be resumed to Normal Segment.
b) No further action shall be taken against following company and trading in the equity shares of the company will be continued in Trade to Trade for other reason(s).
