In continuation to the Exchange Notice No. 20221220-63 dated December 20, 2022, on the captioned matter.
Now SEBI vide its email dated May 23, 2024, has inter-alia stated that,” the Noticees have submitted the compliance report vide letter dated 17/05/2024. Therefore, you are advised to defreeze all accounts pertaining to the Noticees including mutual fund folios, trading accounts, bank accounts, demat accounts etc.
