Note: The Company had allotted 6,58,00,866 warrants of the Company (said Warrants) to Caladium Investment Pte. Ltd (“Investor”) on September 20, 2022 by way of preferential allotment on a private placement basis and the said Warrants were locked in till March 19, 2024. In accordance with the terms of issue of said Warrants, the Company on March 11, 2024 (post receipt of 75% of the warrant issue price) allotted 6,58,00,866 fully paid-up equity shares of the Company (said Allotment) pursuant to conversion of said Warrants at the conversion ratio of 1 equity share in lieu of 1 warrant
