As per the Resolution Plan approved by Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, Hyderabad Bench:- On the completion date, the corporate debtor shall undertake a Capital Reduction and Cancellation of existing Equity Shareholding to the extent of 100% to the existing Promoters and to the extent of 90% to shareholders other than existing Promoters, whereby the Equity Share Capital of the Company shall stand Reduced to Rs.1,17,31,140 consisting of 11,73,114 Equity Shares of Rs.10/- each Fully Paid-Up. In other words, the corporate Debtor shall issue and allot One Equity share of Rs. 10/- each for every 10 Equity Shares held by the Shareholders other than existing Promoters.
