Trading members of the Exchange are hereby informed that, pursuant to the Scheme of Amalgamation between Tata Metaliks Ltd (“Transferor Company”) and Tata Steel Limited (“Transferee Company”), as sanctioned by the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Kolkata Bench. Tata Metaliks Ltd has informed the Record Date fixed to determine the entitlement of shareholders of Tata Metaliks Ltd to the Equity Shares of Tata Steel Limited.
Trading Members are advised not to deal in the Equity Shares of Tata Metaliks Ltd with effect from the under mentioned date:-

As per the Scheme of Amalgamation sanctioned by the Hon’ble NCLT, Kolkata Bench: -
Upon the Scheme becoming effective and in consideration of the Amalgamation of Tata Metaliks Ltd INTO Tata Steel Limited;
Tata Steel Ltd shall issue and allot Equity Shares to the Shareholders of Tata Metaliks Ltd in the following proportion:-
79 (Seventy-Nlne) Fully Paid-Up ordinary Equity Shares of Re.1/- each (Rupee one) of Tata Steel Ltd to be issued for every 10 (Ten) Fully paid up Equity Shares of Rs.10/- each (Rupees Ten) held in Tata Metaliks Ltd ("Share Exchange Ratio")
