The Exchange had delisted the company Cura Technologies Ltd. w.e.f. July 22, 2022 (vide notice no. 20220720-18 dated July 20, 2022), pursuant to delisting of the company by NSE.
Trading members of the Exchange are hereby informed that NSE has changed the status of the company from “Delisted” to “Suspended” (Notice dated November 02, 2023) with effect from November 06, 2023, pursuant to order dated August 17, 2023 passed by the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT).
In view thereof, the status of the company (details given below) would be changed from “Delisted” to “Suspended” w.e.f. November 7, 2023.
