Trading Members of the Exchange are hereby informed that pursuant to declaration of Balance Equity Broking (India) Pvt. Ltd. as defaulter by NSE vide circular no. 97/2023 dated October 30, 2023, with effect from October 31, 2023 before market hours, the Exchange has declared Balance Equity Broking (India) Pvt. Ltd (Clg. No. 3003), as defaulter, in terms of the provisions of SEBI Circular No. SEBI/MIRSD/Master Cir-04/2010 dated March 17, 2010 and under the Rules, Byelaws & Regulations of the Exchange with effect from October 31, 2023 before market hours.
As per the Exchange records, the Authorized Persons/ Remisiers affiliated with the Trading Member Balance Equity Broking (India) Pvt. Ltd. are not authorized henceforth to deal in that capacity and their registration stands withdrawn. Details of Authorized Persons/ Remisiers are attached as Annexure 1.
