Trading Members of the Exchange are hereby informed that, Reliance Industries Limited has informed BSE that the Company has fixed Record Date as July 20, 2023 for the purpose of issuance and allotment of 1 (One) fully paid up equity share of Rs. 10 (Rupees Ten) each of Reliance Strategic Investments Limited for every 1 (One) fully paid up equity shares of Rs. 10 (Rupees Ten) each held in Reliance Industries Limited to shareholders of Reliance Industries Limited. Ex- Date for scheme of arrangement July 20, 2023.
In view of the above, the Exchange shall make the necessary adjustments for all the available Futures & Options contracts on the underlying scrip Reliance Industries Limited. (Derivatives Asset Code –REIL) as follows –
· All the existing Futures & Options contracts on the underlying scrip Reliance Industries Limited shall expire on July 19, 2023. Derivatives contracts on Reliance Industries Limited shall be reintroduced from July 20, 2023, being the ex-date.
· Based on the price determined after completion of the special pre-open call auction session in equity segment for scrip Reliance Industries Limited on July 20, 2023 a minimum of 7 In the money, 1 At the money and 7 Out of the money strikes shall be made available for trading at 10:00 am.
· Futures and options contracts of scrip Reliance Industries Limited shall be made available for trading in equity derivatives segment after the underlying scrip moves in normal market in equity segment at 10:00 am on July 20, 2023.
