Sub: Corrigendum Order in respect of Investocare Financial Research Prop – Mr. Ravish Kandhari and Mr. Ramesh Babu.
In continuation to the Exchange Notice No. 20230525-40 dated May 25, 2023, on the captioned matter.
SEBI vide its order no. QJA/AA/WRO/WRO/26741/2023-24 dated May 26, 2023, has inter-alia issued following directions:
- It may be noted that the PAN captured in the said order has been inadvertently mentioned to be “BGNPB35216K” instead of “BGNPB5216K” in respect of Mr. Ramesh Babu.
- In view of the said error, the PAN of Mr. Ramesh Babu mentioned in the aforementioned order may be read as “BGNPB5216K”.
This Order is effective from the date of the order.
A copy of the said Order is attached herewith and available on the SEBI website www.sebi.gov.in.
Trading members are advised to take note of the same and ensure compliance.
