Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, Division Bench - I, Chennai, has ordered for commencement of liquidation process for the Company w.e.f. May 12, 2023, and has appointed Mr. Radhakrishnan Dharmarajan, as liquidator.
Hence, to avoid market complications, trading in the equity shares of Consolidated Construction Consortium Ltd (Scrip Code: 532902) will be suspended w.e.f. Thursday, May 25, 2023.
