National Steel and Agro Industries Ltd. vide its announcement dated May 19, 2023 informed the Exchange regarding approval of the resolution plan by Hon’ble NCLT, Mumbai Bench.
Company further informed that, provisions of the Resolution Plan, includes delisting proposal of equity shares of the Company from the recognized stock exchanges, extinguishment and cancellation of Company's entire share capital along other proposals as provided in the Resolution Plan.
In the above circumstances and to avoid market complications, the Exchange has suspended the trading in the securities of National Steel and Agro Industries Ltd immediately today.
