This has reference to our earlier notice no. 20230406-15 dated April 06, 2023, on the captioned subject, the Trading Members of the Exchange were informed that all direct complaints need to be disclosed to the Stock Exchanges.
In view of the above, based upon the queries received the trading members we have modified the ‘BEFS portal’ for submission of complaints.
Path for submission of the complaints is provided below:
·    BEFS Portal Menu Complaint Management Direct Member Complaints
In case of Nil submission: Select option Yes and Save, and for complaints data: Select option No and then Click here for bulk data upload. (Refer Annexure for example of Screen display).
All members are advised to take note of the above and ensure the compliance.
