As per the Resolution Plan approved by Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal , Ahmedabad Bench:-
Cancellation of Physical Shares and Reduction of Capital of Demat shares
(1) All Physical held equity shares will be cancelled;
(2) It is proposed to have Capital Reduction for the remaining demat Equity Shares held by the Shareholders of the Company . The Capital of existing Demat Equity shareholders will be reduced to 1/8th of its value. So, total 41,62,090 Equity shares held in Demat Form will be reduced to 5,20,261 Equity Shares of Rs.10/- each.
