This is in continuation to our notice no. 20220920-35, 20221003-45, 20221028-33 and 20221122-8 dated September 20, 2022, October 03, 2022, October 28, 2022 and November 22, 2022 respectively with respect to ‘Nomination for Mutual Fund Unit Holders’.
Currently, the members are allowed to update the nominations till T+1 day 2:00 pm. For all the orders/systematic registrations placed by them. The Exchange shall be placing the validation to restrict the orders/systematic registrations for the fresh folio, if the nomination is not authenticated by all the Holders in UCC.
The above validation shall be applicable with effect from March 15, 2023
