This is in continuation to our notice no. 20220920-35, 20221003-45, 20221028-33 and 20221122-8 dated September 20, 2022, October 03, 2022, October 28, 2022 and November 22, 2022 respectively in respect of ‘Nomination for Mutual Fund Unit Holders’.
As per SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/IMD/IMD-II DOF3/P/CIR/2 dated June 15, 2022, investors who are holding mutual fund units have the choice of either providing the Nomination or Opt out of Nomination, on or before March 31, 2023, failing which the folios shall be frozen for debits/redemption.
