Trading members of the Exchange are hereby informed that, pursuant to the Scheme of Amalgamation between Equitas Holdings Limited (“Transferor Company”) and Equitas Small Finance Bank Limited (“Transferee Company”), as sanctioned by the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, Chennai Bench. Equitas Holdings Limited, had informed the Record Date fixed for the purpose of Amalgamation and to determine the entitlement of shareholders of Equitas Holdings Limited to the Equity shares of Equitas Small Finance Bank Limited.
Trading Members are advised not to deal in the Equity Shares of Equitas Holdings Limited with effect from the under mentioned date:-

As per the Scheme of Amalgamation approved by the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, Chennai Bench : -
Upon the Scheme becoming fully effective, in consideration of the transfer and vesting of the undertaking of the Equitas Holdings Limited (Transferor Company) in the Equitas Small Finance Bank Limited (Transferee Company) in terms of the Scheme:
“Each of the Equity Shareholders of the Transferor Company as on the Record Date, without any further application or deed, shall be allotted 231 (Two Hundred and Thirty One) Equity Shares of Rs.10/- each credited as fully Paid up of the Transferee Company in respect of every 100 (One Hundred) Equity Shares of Rs.10/- each fully paid up held by them in the Transferor Company.” (Share Exchange Ratio)
