This has reference to Exchange Notice no. 20230113-13 dated January 13, 2023, regarding revision in frequency of submission of Holding Statement and Bank Balances from weekly to daily through Application Programming Interface (API) and BEFS portal, which shall be made applicable from day ended January 30, 2023, and onwards, the due date of submission will be January 31, 2023, and for each day thereafter.
Accordingly, please take note that Members shall be mandatorily required to report daily submissions of Holding Statement and Bank Balances through API/BEFS portal from day ended January 30, 2023, and onwards, on T+1 basis.
The current functionality of weekly submission of Holding Statement and Bank Balance through API/BEFS portal shall be available only to make the submission till week ending January 28, 2023 (due date for which is February 02, 2023), and the said weekly functionality will not be available subsequently.
Members are requested to find API specification document enclosed as Annexure I and user manual for daily submissions of Holding Statement and Bank Balances through BEFS portal is enclosed as Annexure II and III.
