In continuation of Exchange notice no. 20230117-14 dated January 17, 2023 Trading Members of the Exchange are hereby informed that the trading in securities of the undermentioned company will be suspended w.e.f February 17, 2023 (being 30 days from issue of this notice); on account of non-compliance with Regulation 17(1) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 for two consecutive quarters i.e., June 2022 & September 2022.
