Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench, has ordered for commencement of liquidation process for the Company and has appointed Mr. Pardeep Kumar Sethi, Resolution Professional as Liquidator.
Trading in the securities of the Company has been already suspended currently suspended from trading Suspended due to non- payment of ALF dues. It may be noted that in view of the liquidation order and appointment of Liquidator, the trading in the securities of the company shall continue to remain suspended, till further notice.
Trading Members are requested to take note of the same.
