This is in continuation of Exchange Notice No. 20221229-43 dated December 29, 2022, intimating therein the Record Date fixed as 08.01.2023 by New Horizons SPDE for Payment of Interest and Redemption of the PTC having Scrip Code 973134.
New Horizons SPDE has now informed the Exchange that on the basis of assent received from the requisite number of SDI holders on January 6, 2023, it has now Revised the Record Date for Payment of Interest and Redemption of the PTC to 21.01.2023. The Company has further requested to resume trading in the aforesaid PTC scrip of the Company.
In view of the above, Trading Members are requested to note that the trading in the PTC having Scrip Code 973134 of New Horizons SPDE shalll be resumed and will be available for trading with effect from January 09, 2023 (DR-195/2022-2023).
