As per the Scheme of Reduction of Capital approved by Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal , Mumbai Bench
Reduction of Share Capital
Pursuant to the NCLT Order the Equity Share Capital of the Company from Rs.3,89,85,000/- (Rupees Three Crores Eighty-Nine lakhs Eighty-Five Thousand only) to Rs.38,98,500/- (Indian Rupees Thirty Eight Lakhs Ninety Eight Thousand Five Hundred only), by reducing the Face Value of each issued and outstanding Equity Share of the Company from Rs.10/- (Rupees Ten) to Re.1/- (Rupee One).

NOTE: Trading in the Company Scrip is restricted as it is in GSM Stage IV. Trading in the Company Scrip will be suspended on 20.12.2022 due to the corporate action of Reduction of Capital. Therefore, weekly trading in the Company Scrip will not take place till such time that the company does not complete the process for listing of its Equity shares post Reduction of Capital.
