As per Resoluton Plan providing for Reduction of Capital approved by Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal , Hyderabad Bench
REDUCTION OF Capital :-
The Existing shareholding of the Public shall be reduced by 95% such that, the present shareholders of the Company shall hold 1 (one) Equity Share of INR 10/- (Rupees Ten) each for every 20 (Twenty) Equity Share held by them as on the Record Date.
Further , the entire shareholding held by (erstwhile) Promoter and Promoter Group of the Company shall be extinguished without any payout.
