This refers to BSE Notice: 20220919-2 Dated 19 September 2022 wherein Stockbrokers / Trading Members have been directed to submit Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing Report to exchange after approval from Technology Committee of the Stockbroker / Trading Member by December End of every year.
The reporting must be done, in electronic form through BEFS (BSE Electronic Filing System) and the module for submission is now enabled at following link:

VAPT Report submission
Members can submit the VAPT report along with other details in BEFS System
Annexure 1 provides guidelines towards VAPT Report Submission
Annexure 2 provides guidelines towards VAPT Report requirements and its contents
VAPT Finding, Remediation and Closure
Remediation and Closure of Open findings mentioned in VAPT report should be done within 3 months post the submission of final VAPT Report.
