This is with reference to Exchange Notice No. 20221021-12 on Caution towards dealing with unsolicited videos and messages circulated in Social Media , Notice No. 20221025-50 on Caution towards dealing with Unsolicited Messages/ Videos / any other reference – Update and Notice No. 20221028-46 on Surveillance Action w.r.t dealing with unsolicited videos and messages circulated in social media, Trading members are requested to note that certain enhancements have been done in Regulatory Indicator file to identify the securities on which above Surveillance Action is applicable.
The changes in the file have been highlighted in the enclosed file format as ANNEXURE. along with sample file.
Trading Members, empaneled trading application vendors (using IML/ETI APIs) as well as back-office vendors are requested to take note of the same and make necessary changes to their respective applications, as applicable. Regulatory Indicator file shall be made live with effect from Friday, January 06, 2023 EOD in Equity segment.
