The Maximum Buyback Price would not exceed Rs. 75/- (Rupees Seventy-Five Only) per equity share payable in cash for an aggregate amount not exceeding Rs. 29.70 crores (Rupees Twenty-Nine Crores and Seventy Lacs only)
