Attention of the Clearing Members is drawn to submission of half yearly networth certificate as on September 30, 2022 and also to BSE notice No. 20221007-6 dated October 07, 2022 issued in this regard. All Clearing members of ICCL as on September 30, 2022 are required to submit Networth Certificate in the requisite format to ICCL. Details of the documents to be submitted is mentioned in attached Annexure Clearing members are hereby requested to submit Networth Certificate & Computation of Networth as on September 30, 2022 as per formats prescribed (as applicable) latest by November 30, 2022.
Members who are Self-Clearing Members (SCM) shall submit their networth certificate via BEFS portal as per the aforesaid exchange specified notice which will also be considered by ICCL for monitoring their networth compliance as a Clearing Member. Accordingly, such members shall not be required to make separate submission of networth certificate as Clearing Members to ICCL. However, members who are Trading cum Clearing Members (TCM), Professional Clearing Members (PCM) and Custodians shall submit their networth certificate separately to ICCL via ICCL Electronic Filing System (IEFS). Kindly refer to attached Networth Submission- User manual document for procedure to be followed for online submission through IEFS
