UTTAM GALVA STEELS LTD vide its announcement dated October 15, 2022, informed the Exchange regarding approval of the resolution plan by Hon’ble NCLT, Mumbai Bench.
Company further informed that, as a part of approved resolution plan, existing equity share capital of the Company shall stand delisted, at no exit price to existing equity shareholders.
In the above circumstances and to avoid market complications, the Exchange has suspended the trading in the securities of UTTAM GALVA STEELS LTD immediately today.
