Trading Members of the Exchange are hereby informed that pursuant to Resolution Plan approved by the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, Kolkata Bench vide its order pronounced on September 04, 2019, RAMSARUP INDUSTRIES LIMITED (“the Company”) had applied for delisting of its equity shares.
The Company has confirmed that it has complied with requirements of NCLT order pronounced on September 04, 2019, for delisting.
Further the above scrip will be delisted from the Exchange records w.e.f. Thursday, September 29, 2022.
