This is in continuation to the Exchange notice no. 20220907-46 dated September 07, 2022, regarding performance/return claimed by unregulated platforms offering algorithmic strategies for trading.
Members are advised to provide an undertaking for confirmation of the compliance as prescribed under the above-mentioned notice along with the proof through BEFS (BSE Electronic Filing System). The module for submission is enabled at following link:

The format of undertaking for confirmation of the compliance for members who are providing algorithmic trading services/strategies is provided as Annexure A and members who are not providing algorithmic trading services/strategies are required to refer to Annexure B.
All members are advised to ensure submission on or before October 10, 2022.
