NOTICE
Shifting of scrips to ‘Z’ / ‘ZP’/ ‘ZY’ group
Pursuant to SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CMD/CIR/P/2020/12 dated January 22, 2020, Trading Members are hereby informed that the below mentioned scrips will be transferred to ‘Z’ / ‘ZP’/ ‘ZY’ group with effect from October 3, 2022, due to non-compliances for two consecutive quarters i.e. March 2022 & June 2022 for the Regulation 17(1) &/or Regulation 18(1) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

In case the aforesaid company fails to comply on or before September 28, 2022; then, scrips will be transferred to ‘Z’ / ‘ZP’/ ‘ZY’ group w.e.f October 3, 2022, due to non-compliances for two consecutive quarters i.e. March 2022 & June 2022 for the Regulation 17(1) &/ or 18(1) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
The trades in these scrips executed in ‘Z / ZP / ZY’ group will be settled on Trade for Trade basis.
