In continuation to the Exchange’s Notice no. 20190903-37 dated September 3, 2019, Notice no. 20200303-40 dated March 03, 2020 and Notice No. 20210625-43 dated June 25, 2021, Exchange had identified the companies which have failed to pay outstanding annual listing fees as per Regulation 14 of SEBI (Listing obligations and disclosure requirements) Regulations, 2015.
Trading Members are requested to note that on account of compliance with aforesaid requirement the suspension in trading of equity shares of the below mentioned company would be revoked w.e.f. Monday, September 26, 2022 and trading will be continued in Trade to Trade for other reason(s).
