Sub: SAT Order in the matter of GDR Issue by Winsome Yarns Ltd in respect of Davos International Fund, Leman Diversified Fund, Bao Value Fund (Stream Value Fund) and Sparrow Asia Diversified Opportunities Fund.
In continuation to the Exchange Notice No. 20211215-61 dated December 15, 2021, on the captioned matter.
The Hon’ble Securities Appellate Tribunal (SAT) vide its order dated June 27 ,2022 had inter-alia stated that, considering the facts and circumstances that has been brought on record we stay the effect and operation of the impugned order till further orders.
A copy of the said Order is attached herewith and available on the SEBI website www.sebi.gov.in.
Trading members are advised to take note of the same and ensure compliance.
