Sub: SAT Order in the matter of Order in the matter of Aksh Optifibre Ltd.
In continuation to the Exchange Notice No. 20190628-53 dated June 28, 2019, on the captioned matter.
The Hon’ble Securities Appellate Tribunal (SAT) vide its order dated June 27 ,2022 had inter-alia stated that, we reduce the debarment period of the Company and the Managing Director from five years to three years.
A copy of the said Order is attached herewith and available on the SEBI website www.sebi.gov.in.
Trading members are advised to take note of the same and ensure compliance.
