This is in continuation of the notice no. 20220404 - 38 dated April 4, 2022 for Offer for Sale (OFS) by Chandrakant Vallabhji Gogri, a part of Promoter Group of Sejal Glass Limited (“the Company”), through Stock Exchange Mechanism for 9,10,000 equity shares of face value of Rs.10/- each representing 9.0099% of share capital of the Company on April 06, 2022 (“T Day”) (for Non Retail Investors only) and on April 07, 2022 (“T+1 Day”) for Retail Investors and for non-Retail Investors who choose to carry forward their bids.
Please note that the floor price of the Offer has been revised to Rs.280/- per Equity Share. The revised copy of the OFS announcement is attached herewith.
In accordance with the same, now the floor price of the Offer shall be Rs.280/- per Equity Share and 5% discount to Retail Investors to Cut-off price in accordance with SEBI OFS Circulars.
Trading and Custodian Members of the Exchange are requested to note the same.
