Trading members of the Exchange are hereby informed that, pursuant to the Scheme of Amalgamation between Tea Time Ltd (“Transferor Company 1”), Orient International Limited (“Transferor Company 2”), Neptune Exports Ltd (“Transferor Company 3”), Northern Projects Ltd (“Transferor Company 4”) and Hindustan Udyog Limited(HUL) (Transferee Company), as sanctioned by the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, Kolkata Bench, the Transferor Company 4 i.e. Northern Projects Ltd., has fixed Record Date to determine the entitlement of shareholders of Northern Projects Ltd. to equity shares of Hindustan Udyog Limited.

Trading Members are advised not to deal in the equity shares of Northern Projects Ltd.  (the Company) with effect from the under mentioned date:
