National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench, has ordered for commencement of liquidation process for the Company w.e.f. December 16, 2021, and has appointed Mr. Ashutosh Agarwala, as Liquidator.
Hence, to avoid market complications, trading in the equity shares of Cox & Kings Ltd (Scrip Code: 533144) will be suspended w.e.f. Friday, February 11, 2022.
