Trading members of the Exchange are hereby informed that, pursuant to the Scheme of Amalgamation between Srikalahasthi Pipes Limited (“Transferor Company”) and Electrosteel Castings Limited (Transferee Company), as sanctioned by the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, Amaravati Bench and Cuttack Bench respectively, Srikalahasthi Pipes Limited, has fixed Record Date to determine the entitlement of shareholders of Srikalahasthi Pipes Limited to equity shares of Electrosteel Castings Limited.
Trading Members are advised not to deal in the equity shares of Srikalahasthi Pipes Limited with effect from the under mentioned date:

As per sanctioned Scheme of Amalgamation : -
Upon the Scheme coming into effect and in consideration of the Amalgamation of Srikalahasthi Pipes Ltd into Electrosteel Castings Ltd, Electrosteel Castings shall issue equity shares to the shareholders of Srikalahasti Pipes Ltd as given below:
"59 (fifty-nine) fully paid-up equity shares of Re. 1/- each of the Electrosteel Castings Ltd., for every 10 (ten) fully paid-up equity shares of Rs. 10/- each of Srikalahasthi Pipes Ltd., held by such shareholder"
