In continuation of the Exchange Notice No: 20210901-3 dated September 01, 2021, Trading Members are hereby informed that Kaveri Seed Company Limited (Scrip code: 532899) has now informed to the Exchange about discontinuation of the Buyback of its fully paid-up equity shares of face value of Rs. 2/- each from the Open Market through the trading mechanism of the Exchange with effect from October 11, 2021 after the closure of the trading hours.
