Members of the Exchange and listed entities are hereby informed that in order to make payment of fees to SEBI under the SEBI (Issue and Listing of Non-convertible Securities), Regulations, 2021 and SEBI (Issue and Listing of Securitized Debt Instruments and Security Receipts), Regulations, 2008, all issuers and other entities are advised to follow the below mentioned procedure for payment of fees:

a)       Remit the fees only to the virtual accounts as given below:

b)      Not to transfer or pay the fees though any other means/ mode which would create reconciliation issues and hence, delay the processing.

c)       Provide the remittance particulars by email at [e-mail], immediately after the remittance is made, in the following format:

d)      The aforesaid revised remittance mechanism shall become operational with effect from October 1, 2021.
