Members of the Exchange and listed entities are hereby informed that in order to make payment of fees to SEBI under the SEBI (Infrastructure Investment Trusts) Regulations, 2014, SEBI (Real Estate Investment Trusts) Regulations, 2014 and SEBI (Informal Guidance) Scheme, 2003, all registered Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs) and Infrastructure Investment Trusts (InvITs) and other entities are advised to follow the below mentioned procedure for payment of fees:
a) Remit the fees only to the virtual accounts as given below:
