Sub: CONFIRMATORY ORDER UNDER SECTION 11(1),11(4) AND 11B(1) OF SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE BOARD OF INDIA ACT,1992, IN THE MATTER OF INSIDER TRADING IN THE SCRIP OF INFOSYS LIMITED.
In continuation to the Exchange Notice No 20210601-1 dated June 01, 2021 on the captioned matter.
SEBI vide its order no. WTM/SM/ISD/ISD_ISD/13381/2021-22 dated September 15, 2021 has inter-alia, hereby confirm the directions issued vide ex-parte ad-Interim Order dated May 31, 2021 subject to modification after taking into account the specific facts and circumstance of the present matter the Entities no. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 8 are restrained from buying, selling or dealing in securities of Infosys, either directly or indirectly, in any manner whatsoever until further orders.
This Order is effective from the date of the order.
A copy of the said Order is attached herewith and available on the SEBI website www.sebi.gov.in.
Trading members are advised to take note of the same and ensure compliance.
