In continuation of the Exchange Notice No: 20210624-16 dated June 24, 2021, Trading Members are hereby informed that Infosys Limited (Scrip code: 500209) has now informed to the Exchange about discontinuation of the Buyback of its fully paid-up equity shares of face value of Rs. 5/- each from the Open Market through the trading mechanism of the Exchange with effect from September 8, 2021 after the closure of the trading hours.
